We have a great offering of classes for beginner climbers looking to get started in the sport of Rock Climbing. Learn integral concepts to help you along the way. One on one, group instruction or an interactive fitness based climbing classes available throughout the week.
DESCRIPTION: This 60 minute one on one class is scheduled at your convivence. NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED! The class will be tailored to your specific experience level and is designed for all ages and all abilities.

Saturday Climbing Clinic
Join a group climbing class Saturday morning from 9:30-11:00 before the gym opens to learn the basics of bouldering and meet other like minded people. This is a great way to become introduced to the gym and learn some information about climbing movement. Price includes climbing shoes, chalk and instruction.

This HIIT-inspired class is designed to work all things climbing, from technique to power to endurance- improve and polish your skills in just one hour each week!
Using a variety of body weight and weighted exercises combined with time spent on the climbing wall, This class is sure to get you in shape to climb hard. Each month will feature new workouts to keep you feeling psyched, while also pushing you to your limit.
